KFortier Studios is the professional ballet school families register with. Ballet Apetrei is the Northshore's resident nonprofit ballet company, and The ArtWalk extends that mission into visual, performing, and musical arts.

Training Path
Ages 4-5 are introduced to ballet technique and physical coordination as they learn basic positions, stretches, and steps through games and activities. Students also learn a ballet dance for the May recital.
Ages 5-8 gain a better understanding of ballet technique through slightly more advanced steps and exercises. Ages 7 and 8 begin to use the barre in ballet class and learn a ballet dance for the May recital.
Ages 9-11 continue ballet training with more advanced movement and preparation to begin pointe within the next couple of years. Students also learn a ballet dance for the May recital.
Ages 12 and above strengthen ballet technique and begin Pre-Pointe, Pointe, and Contemporary. Students learn ballet, pointe, and contemporary dances for the May recital if enrolled in those classes.
Ages 13 and above continue strengthening ballet, pointe, and contemporary technique. Dancers may audition for Ballet Apetrei and gain additional performance opportunities if accepted into the company.

Tuition
Tuition is based on your dancer's weekly class load. Once placement is approved, you'll activate tuition and monthly autopay right from the parent portal.
