I agree that Ballet Apetrei / K Fortier Studios is not liable for injuries or illnesses sustained while participating in studio activities. I give permission for student photos from classes and performances to be used for studio publicity purposes. I understand monthly tuition is handled through autopay by default after registration approval and secure payment setup.
